Noora Hamdan is a first year graduate student in Temple University's Developmental Psychology PhD program, working with Elizabeth Gunderson. Her main areas of research interest include how children's interactions with parents and teachers contribute to academic and socio-emotional outcomes. In terms of academic outcomes, she is specifically interested in mathematics achievement and the development of skills related to this achievement. Before coming to Temple, she completed a Masters degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University.
